4th of July Parade

In an effort to keep the families of our awesome neighborhood safe, the Tanglewood Neighborhood Association board has postponed the annual 4th of July parade/procession until 2021.
TNA encourages everyone to celebrate Independence Day safely. You can still:
  • Take family photos with “Happy 4th” and “USA” yard signs to be placed in Overton Park on the 4th.
  • Put out your flags and decorate your home or yard.
  • Drive or walk the neighborhood with your family, admiring all the red, white and blue.
Please keep six feet of distance between families as you’re out and about. Let’s make it a happy, healthy 4th!

Tanglewood Neighborhood Association partners annually with Overton Park Neighborhood Association for the best neighborhood parade in town!   Join the police, fire, and friends and participate in the parade.

We always need parade day volunteers to help set up or clean up after the festivities, so please consider participating. You can still join the festivities of the parade and after-party.
